These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at githubproject.supporthives.com (the "Site"), operated by GitProject Consulting ("GitProject," "we," "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Site describes our consulting services in general terms. All engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a contract or a binding quotation.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by GitProject or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
"GitProject Consulting" and our logo are trademarks of GitProject. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

The Site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.
Testimonials and case studies published on the Site reflect the experience of the specific clients quoted. Individual results vary. Client names and identifying details are anonymized where required by the applicable engagement's confidentiality terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GitProject disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GitProject and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
This limitation does not apply to claims that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GitProject and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Onondaga County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
